Kevin Robin has been to our home to check our heating and A/C for the last couple years. He is great! He is polite, professional, answers all of my questions, and always contacts me when he is coming. He came to our home today and called me on my phone to ask if I would open our garage door. We kept our "social distancing" and I felt very comfortable with him in our garage and checking our A/C unit in our yard. He represents Betz Heating & Air Conditioning well!

Betz Heating & Air is top notch. I don't generally write reviews but I felt it necessary to comment about such great service. From the initial conversation with Amie (co-owner), who is super friendly and helpful, to dealing with Dave (co-owner) and Kevin throughout the assessment, estimate and work completion, they have been courteous, helpful, professional and responsive. We talked to numerous HVAC companies to review our issues and got different responses from many, including some who just flaked entirely. Betz reviewed our situation, discussed the options and impact they would have. They answered our questions patiently, included repeated callbacks because we were a bit insecure after our experiences with other companies. They did the work during the summer in our hot attic when some other companies said we had to wait until the Fall (at which point the A/C issue would not have been as serious). They gave us options when one of the ducts was not fully reachable to replace. They came back to adjust the dampers after replacing one of our A/C units. They responded to more calls with questions as things came up that we wondered about. And now finally as the weather cooled over the last couple of nights and the heat didn't kick on as expected, they responded to my text and came to our house on a Sunday morning to fix it. Betz is the best! I have a mystery leak that has been extremely difficult to find the source of. Kevin has been invested in helping narrow down whether it's AC or plumbing. It's not yet clear, but when he gets to the point that he's sure it's not AC, and I'll believe him. He explains things so I understand it and helps me determine the next step towards finding the solution. That quality is rare. Great people. Great communication. There's nothing I would change. Wow. Kevin is so experienced and found both my AC problems right way and get things fixed within 1 hour. I have been spending many hours with another company (2-visits already) who didn't fix any my problem and also announced my compressor was fried and asking for several thousands to replace. Betz heating saved me huge money and time. I'd like to recommend them to everyone.

Dave and his team did a great job replacing our 5 & 4 ton AC units. They had the entire job knocked out in a day and a half.

Betz air came out as planned and provided quick and efficient service. While they did spot additional repairs, there was no hard sell nor fake emergency to get them done immediately. Great job!
